The Principals of Brick Lane have many years experience in loan origination and underwriting having advised Credit Committees on all forms of real estate debt, ranging from straight-forward senior debt to mezzanine or preferred equity investments. Brick Lane’s commitment to working alongside our Funders’ to ensure the ongoing performance of each loan extends to managing loan conditions, reviews, compliance with performance hurdles and workouts if required.
Our experience in the NPL space is substantial having been engaged to underwrite NPLs across multiple asset classes and locations. Underwriting includes realization analysis (valuation) and workout strategy.
